Dancer, aerial artist, choreographer and assistant director. Cinthia belonged to one of the best circus companies in Sao Paulo. She took classes in Europe, has been thaught by Pina Bausch, Angelin Preljocaj and others.
Cinthia is specialized in earial acts, where she finds the seamless integration of two worlds - land and air. She has participated in two productions of Cirque du Soleil; in Varekai as a trapeze artist and leading dancer, in Delirium as a dancer, aerial artist, leader of the aerial artists and artistic director of the assisting dancers. She has been a choreographer and coach at the celebration 400 years of Quebec and one of the trapeze artists and coaches at the headquarters of Cirque du Soleil in Montreal.
Cinthia is a valued teacher at the Laboratory of Arts and Circus, for many of the past editions of the workshop series. Her most recent workshop at Laboratory of Arts and Circus dates from 2011, when she thaught duo trapeze together with her partner Kiko Caldas.
