She began her training at Rogelio Rivel Circus in Barcelona, participated in A flor de piel at major festivals in Catalonia, finishing the season at the Festival of Ragusa Ibla, Sicily, in 2002. She continued under the choreographic direction of Kris and Kat (Circo Gosh). She has worked with Circo de Francia, Aticus Tilt, the street theater company Discípulos de Morales and Colectivo Circense Cruzando el Charco. Miriam has participated in four editions of the Laboratory of Arts and Circus is the founder of Mermejitas Circus.
